French Pot
The French pot is very convenient to use:
There is no need to use electricity or alcohol lamps as power, just manually pull the piston; no need to buy filter paper as an auxiliary, it can save money and is very environmentally friendly; it is small in size, easy to use and store in daily life.
Different coffee pots can be used for different types of coffee beans, single-origin coffee beans, or coffee beans with strong acidity. For example, a medium to dark roast coffee bean filter is ideal for processing Blue Mountain Coffee.
Brewing Points:
The grinding needs to be moderate, controlled at about 5-6 degrees; the coffee powder should not be ground too young, to avoid the coffee powder flowing out of the filter hole, causing the coffee to become cloudy.
The temperature of the water used for brewing should not be too high, and try to control it at about 90 degrees Celsius. The longer the soaking time, the stronger the coffee taste, but the stronger the sour taste. The recommended soaking time is about four minutes.
In the beginning, to give the coffee and water more time and space to touch, don't press on the filter.
