Manufacturing process

In order to ensure that the product quality can meet or exceed the required quality, our factory will control the details of the production process. For example, in order to allow the annealing time of glass products to reach the expected time, the annealing furnaces we choose are elongated, unlike the single annealing furnaces used in other factories.
In addition, in the production process of the double-layer cup, we will do a lot of detailed tests to obtain the most suitable way to block the eyes. For example, by recording the adhesion between the colloid and the glass surface after being soaked in high temperature for different time periods, recording the data of the colloid change using different colloids or under different lighting conditions, and recording the state after the high-temperature washing test of the dishwasher, etc. After analyzing the obtained data, we made detailed adjustments to extend the 30-second light dispensing time to 180 seconds, and adjust the wattage of the light from 100W to 2000W.
In order to implement product quality control, our factory will strictly follow the procedures of production, circulation, laboratory testing, physical testing, etc., and implement quality control in the whole process from the incoming of raw materials to the delivery of products, so as to provide customers with the best products.
Product quality inspection
We attach great importance to the control of product details, it is to manually detect whether the mouth of the cup is flat on the glass plane, tap the surface of the glass handicraft to hear whether the sound is clear to judge whether there is a crack, and detect that the burnt glass handle is completely integrated with the cup body and is not easy to fall off.
