Problems prone to glass products:
A. Explosion There are many products that have ruptured that did not rupture just after tempering, but were in the packaging box or due to collision or automatic explosion, mainly caused by insufficient annealing or poor packaging.
B. Vapor products have bubbles of varying sizes, which are mainly affected by the purity of the material and the content of the recycled material, as well as the temperature in the furnace. The more impurities or the higher the content of the added material, and the furnace If the temperature is not reached, vapor bubbles may occur.
C Water lines The surface is not smooth, wrinkles or water ripples, mainly due to insufficient temperature, or the mold temperature is too low.
D. Impurities or spots are due to the impurity in the material or the melted material mixed in it, including material flowers, black spots, black spots, etc.
E The side avoidance is too thin or too thick, mainly due to more or less cutting material during manual operation.
F There are rust spots on the surface, mainly caused by the friction of the mold or clamp.
G The mold joint line is too thick or too good. The fit between the two molds is not good or the pressure is too high.
H The product is incomplete. The font is not clear. It is caused by too little material or insufficient pressure, or the temperature is too low and poor exhaust.
I The surface of the product is dirty and the environment is poor. Insufficient cleaning or improper operation has caused the dirt to be adsorbed on the surface of the product.
